Day 1 | Lower Body Circuit

NOTE: Each workout is to be performed as a circuit, so each exercise is to be done back-to-back without rest. Once you complete the first round of the circuit, take the necessary rest, then perform the next round! Keep in mind your form + quality movements. Complete as many circuits as you can up to 4 rounds. If you can only do 2-3 rounds at first (for example), that is ok! Build up to 4 and if you have one more in you, go for it!
